Chairman of the Board
Louis Gaudreau is a strategic advisor and corporate director for several companies in the information technology sector.
He has held senior management positions and served as a board member for several organizations. Most notably, he has acted as vice-president of Business Solutions – Health at Bell Canada and was president of the Createch Group. Over the course of his career, Mr. Gaudreau has successfully led more than 20 merger and acquisition projects in the tech industry and subsequently managed these business units. Mr. Gaudreau is also involved with a number of charitable organizations. Namely, he is president of the board of directors for the Fondation Cité de la Santé and an administrator for Théâtre Aphasique.

Sébastien is the founder of IN-RGY and has contributed to its remarkable growth with his unique skill set. Over the years, he has worked on various projects and is an expert in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions. A born entrepreneur and highly refined mentor, Sébastien has been an active participant in the SAP user group community since 2010. He believes that the marriage of collaboration and knowledge sharing are the catalysts of successful projects. His visionary spirit and infectious sense of humor have become his trademarks.
Marie-Soleil joined IN-RGY in 2019, bringing over 25 years of IT leadership experience from large multinational corporations and mid-sized companies across various industries and regions.
She plays a crucial role in driving IN-RGY's sustainable growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Her authenticity, drive for excellence, and ability to scale organizations align with IN-RGY’s culture of fun, teamwork and passion. As an advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion with the Canadian Women in Tech, her values reflect IN-RGY's mission to create a unique human experience, fostering a vibrant environment where everyone can thrive and make meaningful impacts.

Steve has been working in the human resources information technology field for over 25 years.
He oversees teams in UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, Technical Services and Application Management Services (AMS) across Canada, the United States, Mexico and Spain. His broad experience has developed a deep understanding of the keys to success in the areas of solutions, projects and system maintenance, making him an appreciated partner with work with. His integrity and natural camaraderie are the foundation of the trust his colleagues and clients place in him.
Over the years, Mathieu has worked for various multinational companies such as SAP, ADP and Xerox.
During this time, he's acquired in-depth knowledge and a wide range of skills within the business transformation industry. Now at IN-RGY since 2015, he leads all facets of business development. Passionate about helping organizations overcome their IT challenges, he enables each client to succeed in their respective markets with his strategic advice and technological acumen. He is known for his relentlessly honest approach to problem solving and his genuine obsession for the cars he shares with anyone who will listen.
A member of the Chartered professional accountant (CPA), Sylvie has more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting with multinationals and SMEs in the information technology sector.
She has developed solid expertise in a growing company as well as in restructuring in a multitude of fields: budgeting, financial planning, corporate taxes, financial modelling, dashboards, performance indicators, consolidation, activity-based accounting, payroll and human resources. Her great ability to make figures speak and synthesize them makes her an essential member to bring clarity to a management system.
Benjamin is a dedicated, results-oriented professional with over 20 years of experience in HRIS project delivery, solution architecture and cloud computing transformation.
He has a strong and holistic understanding of how technology supports organizational goals. As Vice-President, his mission is to oversee the SAP SuccessFactors division across North America and Europe. Wherever he is, Benjamin has a reputation for creating a strong team spirit by placing the human being at the center of every achievement.
Since joining IN-RGY in 2014, Viviana has proven consistency in the continuous development of different practices (SAP, SuccessFactors, WorkForce Software and UKG) and services models designed to assure customer systems performance and evolution.
Since 2020, She has been leading all UKG Services operations and a savvy team of experts focused on assuring that the customer journey is positive and successful. With over 24 years of experience in HCM, Viviana is both a business strategist and a close team collaborator. Her transparent approach and positive energy are yet other facets that match with IN-RGY’s values and mission.
Before joining In-RGY, Jean-Didier (JD) acted as a business lawyer and strategic advisor to SMB for more than 20 years.
He has participated in the completion of various projects, partnerships and transactions for Canadian organizations with local and international players. JD has played various leadership roles in growth plan, M&A, integration, corporate finance, venture capital and legal operations. His enthusiasm and pragmatism brought him to lead our legal and M&A teams. He is passionate about sports and travel. When not working, you can find him biking, skiing or running.
Pascale has been helping organizations of all sizes and sectors in multiple countries around the world define their true purpose for more than 25 years.
Her passion is to design corporate strategies that enable organizations to uniquely meet their client's needs while creating value for all stakeholders. Pascale is also a TEC Canada Chair for a group of CEOs who want to lead with purpose and have an impact on society and the environment. Before that, Pascale served as VP of Corporate Strategy & Initiatives at BDC, where she led the development of new market strategies to help Canadian SMEs become the most competitive in the world.
Jean-Philippe has 10+ years of experience in corporate finance, primarily business transfers.
With deep knowledge of structured financing to ensure succession and sustainability for Québec companies, he's recognized for his ability to quickly identify a company’s real needs and future challenges and suggest creative high value-added solutions. More recently, he has joined the Desjardins Capital team as an Investment Manager, supporting companies through their growth projects and various types of transfers.
